The case that empties itself by four
Croissants, brownies, cookies and tea-time boxes — baked in rounds through the day, not stockpiled at dawn.
Butter, folded twenty-seven times
Aisyah laminates croissant dough every evening and the first bake lands at nine each morning — plain, almond, kaya-butter and a dark chocolate twist that outsells everything else combined. When a round runs out, the case sits empty until the next one, because a croissant reheated at noon is not a croissant.
Weekends add a rotating Danish — mango in season, apple-cinnamon when it is not — and our teh tarik cruffin, which has its own regulars and its own queue.

The brownie that started a waiting list
Our sea-salt fudge brownie spent two years as a staff-only experiment because we could not source couverture at a price that kept the slab under RM10. We found the chocolate. The brownie went on the counter in 2023, and Saturday batches have sold out ever since.
Brownie slabs freeze beautifully — many regulars buy six, keep five, and pretend otherwise.
